About these terms.

J58 (De Hems 10, 7522 NL Enschede, the Netherlands) runs j58.eu and develops and sells the EZER, a fully mechanical standing wheelchair. These general terms apply when you use this website and when you contact us through it, for example to ask for information, request a demonstration, apply as a dealer or sign up for our newsletter. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Changes to these terms.

We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. A change applies from the moment we publish it. For an order or agreement you have already made with us, the terms that applied when you made it stay in force.

Information on this website.

We do our best to keep the information on this website correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. Descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability are for information only and may change without notice. They are not an offer until we have confirmed it in writing.

The website gives general information about the EZER and standing and moving in a wheelchair. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from your doctor, therapist or rehabilitation team. Whether the EZER is suitable for you depends on your personal situation and should be assessed by a qualified professional.

Who may use the website.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to send us your personal details through the website. If you act for a company, clinic or organisation, you confirm that you may do so.

Privacy and cookies.

Forms and enquiries.

When you send us a form, we use the details you give to answer your request. Please give correct information and do not send sensitive health details through the forms. We try to reply quickly, but a request does not create an agreement.

Orders, quotations and delivery.

Orders for the EZER are made through J58 or one of our authorised dealers, on the basis of a written quotation or order confirmation. That document, together with any specific terms of sale, delivery and warranty we provide with it, forms the agreement. If it differs from these general terms, the quotation or order confirmation prevails. Your rights as a consumer under mandatory law, such as the right of withdrawal for distance sales where it applies, are not limited by these terms.

Links to other websites.

The website may link to websites of other parties, such as YouTube, social media and funding organisations. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Feedback and ideas.

If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about the website or the EZER, we may use them without paying you and without any duty to keep them confidential, unless we agreed otherwise in writing.

The texts, photos, videos, designs, logos and other material on this website, including the names J58 and EZER, belong to J58 or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, change or use our material, names or logos for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Use of the website.

You agree not to misuse the website, for example by trying to get unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, overloading the service or collecting data with automated tools without our permission.

Disclaimer.

The website is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be available, secure or free of errors or viruses.

Applicable law and disputes.

If we cannot solve a problem together, the competent court in the Netherlands, in the district of Overijssel, decides. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring a dispute before the court that has authority under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

If a part is not valid.

If a part of these terms turns out to be invalid or cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not lose that right.
